MOT
The MOT Test is a legal requirement for most vehicles in the UK. Once a vehicle reaches its third anniversary of its registration date it must undergo an MOT test every year. The purpose of the test is to ensure your vehicle meets the minimum safety and enviromental standands required by law. Driving without a valid MOT not only puts you at risk of fines and penalties but could also invalidate your insurance.

Air Conditioning
Vehicle air conditioning systems require routine maintenance to perform at their best. Over time, the refrigerant gas that powers your system naturally depletes, typically by up to 20% each year, due to the porous nature of the pipes and connections. This gradual loss is completely normal, but if left unaddressed, it can cause your air conditioning to become less effective and eventually lead to costly damage.
We recommend having your vehicle’s air conditioning serviced every 18 months to 2 years. Regular servicing helps ensure the system continues to operate at maximum efficiency, keeping you cool when it matters most. Neglecting your air con system can have serious consequences. If the refrigerant level drops too low, the compressor, the heart of your air conditioning, must work much harder to maintain performance. This increased strain can cause the compressor to wear out in half the time, resulting in expensive repairs or replacements.

If your vehicle has alloy wheels, you’ll be pleased to know we take extra precautions to protect them. Our tyre changing machine is specially designed with plastic protection inside the jaws and on the mounting head, which prevents scuffing or damage during the fitting process. Your alloys stay pristine, even after a full tyre change.
Walnut Blasting & DPF
Over time, carbon deposits build up inside your engine, particularly on the intake valves, intake manifold, and combustion chambers. This can negatively impact engine performance, fuel efficiency, and emissions. This process is accelerated with modern engines using exhaust gas re-circulation valves (EGR’s) to improve emissions.
